How long will it take for me to receive my order?

How do I change or cancel my Order?
If you need to make any changes to your order please email us at support@eshophere.com  with your changes.

Do you charge Sales Tax?
We do not charge any sales tax except for orders shipping to Illinois. If you are located in Illinois and are tax exempt you should include your tax exempt ID number in the comments section of the order form, and we will not apply the tax.

Can I pay with a Check or Money Order?
Yes - we accept checks and money orders. The easiest way is for you to use our online shopping cart system.  Once you have selected your item(s) begin the checkout process.  Under Payment Options you should select “Print Order Form and pay by Mail”.  It will then provide you with a page you can print out with your order information and total price.  You should mail this page along with your check to the address on the form.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Is there any other way to order from eShopHere.com besides the web site?
 
Yes.  you can also order via phone, fax, or mail.  To order via fax or mail you should add the products you want to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process.  Under Payment Options you should select “Print Order Form and pay by Fax” (or mail).  It will then provide you with a page you can print out with your order information and total price. You can write your credit card information on this page in the provided spot, and fax or mail this page along with your check to the number/address on the form. If you want to order over the phone you should call us at 1-866-551-2937.

Can you ship my order WITHOUT a receipt ?
Yes - All of our orders are shipped without a receipt or any other pricing information.

Will you sell my personal information to anyone?
No - we do not provide our mailing list to outside sources, and your personal information will not be shared with any outside company for any reason other than to complete your order.
